Thank you for submitting this request. I called our Southeast Plant Operations (415) 920-4700 on May 16, 2018 at 2:40pm. There was a crew sent out at around 3pm. The crew noticed a wind shift from North to West at around that time and was unable to identify the smell. If you experience this again, please call the number above to report it directly to the Plant Operations.
